The Federal Policy Picture in 2021

United States Capitol Building
Webinar Overview

As the 117th Congress begins to legislate, it is imperative that educators from across the country understand what to expect from the federal government in the weeks and months ahead.  Dr. Kevin Rubenstein, the Chair of the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) Policy and Legislative Committee, will discuss several hot topics for educators including:

  • New members of Congress

  • The Biden Administration and education

  • The stimulus package from December and what’s next

Importantly, we will also discuss the role of educators in working with Members of Congress and the Administration on issues related to supporting our students and their families.
