This introductory workshop offers a foundational understanding of teletherapy. Participants will gain knowledge of essential terminology, explore various teletherapy methods, and learn about evidence-based practices in the field.
Learning Objectives
After this workshop attendees will be able to:
- Define three key terms related to teletherapy.
- Describe two examples of synchronous vs. asynchronous teletherapy methods.
- Summarize evidence-based practices for teletherapy.
Course Completion Requirements
In order to receive a certificate of attendance and qualify for ASHA CEUs or NASP CEUs (if applicable), learners must meet the following requirements within 24 hours of course ending:
- Attend the course in its entirety as recorded by Zoom attendance records.
- Complete the post-course survey and evaluation.
- Complete a 10-question multiple choice test and score 80% with retake opportunities.
