This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to teletherapy. Participants will dive deeper into several popular teletherapy platforms, the features of each, and how to source appropriate therapy materials. Case studies will support course material in a collaborative workshop format.
Learning Objectives
After this workshop attendees will be able to:
- Describe and understand the benefits of the more common public teletherapy platforms.
- Identify at least 5 digital materials, websites and telehealth-compatible therapy materials that are effective for speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services that you can use in future telehealth sessions.
- Review discipline-specific case samples and determine three relevant materials and platforms to use in your own practice.

Course Completion Requirements
In order to receive a certificate of attendance and qualify for ASHA CEUs or NASP CEUs (if applicable), learners must:
- Attend the course in its entirety as recorded by Zoom attendance records.
- Complete the post-course survey and evaluation.
- Complete a multiple choice test with 80% or higher and one retake opportunity.
