Online Mental Health Job Qualifications
We’re looking for contractor Mental Health Professionals who desire to work remotely and meet the following qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology, Social Work, School Counseling, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
- Licensed School Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified School Counselor
- Active state licensure where residing and willingness to obtain where performing teletherapy services
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a K-12 setting.
- Teletherapy/Online job experience
Online Technology Requirements:
As an online therapy provider, we ask that you meet the following technology requirements to ensure a superior online therapy experience for you and your students:
- Basic computer and technical skills (you’ll be using a webcam).
- Reliable Wi-Fi/Internet Access including a computer with a webcam.
- Mac or PC with at least 4GB of RAM and a 2.5GHz processor.
- Internet speeds of at least 10MB download and 3MB upload.
- Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browser.
- High-definition webcam with at least 720 pixels resolution.
